Brian S. Hormozi Brian Hormozi is an associate in Schuyler, Roche & Crisham’s Business Litigation practice group, focusing on general commercial and employment litigation. Brian’s areas of practice include trade secrets, unfair competition and restrictive covenant enforcement. His experience extends to all phases of litigation in state and federal court, and his responsibilities include representing clients in arbitration before the National Association of Securities Dealers Dispute Resolution and the New York Stock Exchangethe two largest fora devoted to arbitrating financial and other types of disputes within the securities industry.
