Our attorneys are extremely dedicated to professional liability defense, contributing to not only the legal community, but the professional community at large. For decades, Tom Crisham has been retained by numerous law firms and their insurers to provide representation on various legal malpractice matters, as well as consultation for risk management. Accountants are also represented by Tom Crisham and other attorneys of the firm in a wide variety of claims and disputes.
Jeffrey T. Kubes has a practice concentrating in the representation of design professionals, including architects, engineers, surveyors and real estate brokers. As a part of these services, Jeff also chairs and actively participates on a variety of professional committees for national organizations that address design professional risk management/liability issues and other construction law matters. His participation includes conducting seminars, annually authoring several articles for professional periodicals, and performance of pro bono services in the development of amicus appellate briefs to assert the interests of various professional organizations in state and federal courts.
John O’Malley has a very active practice in the representation of agents/brokers and insurance producers in litigation. In addition, Mr. O’Malley has frequently counseled insurance producers and their clients in risk management and risk avoidance. In this regard, he has frequently presented in-house seminars for insurance professionals and their clients, has drafted manuals and guidelines in connection with insurance programs, and has drafted manuscript policy forms and endorsements.
