John P. O’Malley

John P. O’Malley is a partner at Crisham & Kubes, Ltd. He has significant experience in federal and state courts in Illinois and across the nation, including the representation of insurance companies and their insureds in litigation involving insurance coverage disputes. His practice also includes commercial litigation, ERISA and employment matters, as well as intellectual property disputes.

In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Mr. O’Malley has authored a number of publications and lectured on various topics, including insurance coverage for design professionals. He has presented several programs to insurance companies with respect to claims handling practices and lectured students and new lawyers on insurance issues and trial advocacy.

Mr. O’Malley graduated with Honors from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
