Margaret M. Fitzsimmons joined Crisham & Kubes as an associate in September of 2007. Prior to becoming an associate upon graduating from law school, Ms. Fitzsimmons had been a law clerk at the firm since October of 2005.
Ms. Fitzsimmons’ practice with Crisham & Kubes, Ltd. concentrates in commercial and civil litigation, including professional liability, product liability, personal injury defense, construction law, employment litigation, and insurance/defense coverage disputes.

Ms. Fitzsimmons graduated from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 2007, where she was a senior editor of The Annals of Health Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Theatre Studies, from DePaul University in Chicago in 2002
