Clare J. Quish

Clare J. Quish is an associate at Crisham & Kubes, Ltd. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Quish served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary Jane Theis, Justice of the Illinois Appellate Court. As a law clerk for Justice Theis, Ms. Quish assisted in researching, drafting and editing judicial opinions and orders in all areas of civil and criminal appellate practice, including insurance coverage, malpractice actions, personal injury, declaratory judgment actions, appellate jurisdiction, arbitration, and evidentiary issues. Ms. Quish also assisted in the disposition of various appellate motions and petitions for leave to appeal to the Illinois Appellate Court.
