Tom Crisham and John O'Malley recently obtained summary judgment on behalf of a client in the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.  The United States District Court granted the motion for summary judgment on behalf of Crisham & Kubes' client, Pacific Insurance Co., and against the Illinois School District Agency ("ISDA") in a dispute involving insurance coverage under an insurance company's errors and omissions policy.  The plaintiff was seeking reimbursement of defense costs incurred in the defense of an insurance coverage action involving an ISDA policy. 

The District Court held that since the Agency collected its judgment against anohter entity in a separate action, the Agency has been compensated in full, and so is not entitled to any further recovery.  To view a copy of the court's memorandum opinion, please click here.
