The Defense Research Institute, the Voice of the Defense Bar, recently published two articles written by Jeffrey Kubes and Margaret Fitzsimmons in its publication, The Critical Path, the DRI construction law committee newsletter. The articles are entitled "Potential Benefits and Risks of Offshore Outsourcing" and "Defamation Claims Against Experts."
