On November 18, 2004, the Illinois Supreme Court dismissed two lawsuits filed by the City of Chicago and other plaintiffs against several gun manufactures in 1996. Crisham & Kubes, Ltd. represented the interests of Browning Firearms, Glock, Inc., H&R 1871, Hi-Point Firearms, Inc. and Ke-Tec CNC Industries in that litigation.
