Recently in Kremblas v. Abbott Laboratories, Tom Crisham and David Sullivan successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of the major pharmaceutical manufacturer, Abbott Laboratories, on a product liability action in Knoxville, Tennessee based upon the learned intermediary doctrine.
